BRINGING WORLD CHASE TAG TO THE UK FOR PRO 2GO

Protein snack brand PRO 2GO were launching in the UK and wanted to do something that would appeal to their target audience – ‘life adventurers’ who weren’t afraid to try their hand at a new challenge.

We brought World Chase Tag (the childhood game of ‘it’ turned pro) to the UK to celebrate the launch of PRO 2GO in a campaign that drove PR, social and influencer results – as well as the Championships streaming live on Channel 4!

MINDS

It was essential we launched in a way that would resonate with the ‘life adventurer’ audience. During our research, we stumbled upon World Chase Tag – an emerging sport with a HUGE online following that embodied the brand’s ethos and that we knew ‘life adventurers’ would love; so we decided to bring it to the UK for the first time.

What’s more, we knew the nostalgia factor of playing the childhood game of ‘it’ – on an epic scale – would appeal to this audience and media too.

BOTTOM LINES

The World Chase Tag course took over the iconic York Hall in Bethnal Green and saw over 200 people taking part during the two days, culminating in the European final being held, with the best parkour athletes from across the continent going head to head.
